2004 Pacrim Invitational

The tournament was held on Thursday, July 22nd at the beautiful Oakfield Golf & Country Club, Grand Lake, Nova Scotia. Registration took place at 10:00 a.m., followed by brunch, with the horn sounding promptly at 12:00 noon to signify the start of the tournament. The participants returned around 5:30 for another reception followed by a 4 course dinner and a live auction. The weather was somewhat threatening early in the morning but it turned out to be another "weather perfect golf day".

3rd Annual Pacrim Invitational Raises $25,000.00 for Mount Saint Vincent University's Tourism Faculty

To date this event has raised $58,000.00 for the Tourism & Hospitality Management Program at Mount Saint Vincent University

Our 3rd Annual Pacrim Invitational Golf Tournament started on Wednesday, July 21st with a pre-tournament reception for all the participants at East Side Mario's Bedford Row.

The Pacrim Invitational provides much needed funding for the Tourism and Hospitality Management Program at Mount Saint Vincent University ("The Mount") in Halifax, Nova Scotia. It also presents management and staff volunteers with the opportunity to network with a wide variety of Pacrim Hospitality business partners, customers and suppliers.

Plans are already underway for the 4th annual Pacrim Invitational scheduled for July 21, 2005.

The 2004 Pacrim Invitational Executive Committee consisting of, Glenn Squires, Chairperson, Don Horne, Organizer, Bill Harrison, Denise Alcock, Lynn Hutchins, and Wendy Moses extend a warm thank you to all who helped make the 3rd Annual Pacrim Invitational Golf Tournament a tremendous success.
