2018 Caboteer Invitational Raises $43,000 for Give Kids the World Village
The inaugural Caboteer Invitational was held July 18–19, 2018, at Kingswood Golf in Fredericton, New Brunswick, beginning with a reception at Radisson Kingswood Hotel & Suites.
Glenn Squires, President of Caboteer, welcomed participants and thanked the sponsors and donors who supported the tournament.
Tournament Highlights
The event provided an opportunity to connect with investors, prospective investors, partners and major suppliers, while raising funds through live and silent auctions for Give Kids the World Village.
Making a Difference
$43,000 raised in 2018 for Give Kids the World Village, bringing the combined five-year Caboteer/Pacrim fundraising total to $159,500.
All of the Caboteer Invitational’s 2018 donation was designated to support wishes for children from Canada.
A Special Visit from Mia Taylor
Guests had the pleasure of meeting Mia Taylor, a Give Kids the World wish child from Fredericton, and her father, Mark. Mia prepared a speech for the attendees.
